Order
What materials are the clay figurines made of?
Claclay uses high-quality polymer clay — an eco-friendly, non-toxic, colorful, and highly malleable material that makes your clay figurine vivid and lifelike.
How to cancel an order?
In general, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing an order. After 12 hours, the order enters the production stage and cannot be canceled.
What if I forgot to upload an picture?
If you forget to upload the picture, you can send the picture to info@claclay.com by email after placing the order. Please note that changing pictures can only be changed within 12 hours of placing the order.
Can I request to see a sample after production is completed and confirm before shipping?
Yes, you can. If you would like to see a sample, please email us at info@claclay.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will send a photo of the sample to your email once the production is complete. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours after the email is sent, we will assume you approve and proceed with shipping the product.
How to track an order?
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. You can track on https://www.17track.net/en according to the tracking number indicated or send an email to info@claclay.com.
What are the requirements for the picture in the order?
Generally, high-resolution original pictures are better. Please be careful not to use any images suspected of infringement (stars, celebrities, film and television characters or roles, etc.)

How to change address?
We will ship according to the shipping address provided. If there is an error with your shipping address, please send the new address to info@claclay.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and include your order number in the email.
How long is the shipping time?
Under normal circumstances, the production time is approximately 7 working days, and the shipping time is 7–25 working days (shipping times vary by region worldwide) (for the United States, delivery may be delayed due to customs policies). In case of special circumstances (such as holidays), the timeline may be further delayed.
Estimated delivery times by region:
United States and Canada: 7–15 working days
United Kingdom and Ireland: 9–15 working days
Australia and New Zealand: 9–15 working days
All other countries: 12–25 working days
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
In general, we offer worldwide shipping.
How much is the shipping?
Free Standard Shipping: Free Shipping, For the order value over USD 79.
Standard Shipping: The shipping fee is USD 6.99, for an order value less than USD 79.99.

How to return / refund?
If your package is damaged or you received the wrong product, please send the relevant pictures or videos to info@claclay.com. We will verify the status of the package within 3-5 working days, and once verified, we will follow your wishes and give you free reprints within 7 working days. Or give you a full refund, you will receive the refund within 3-10 working days.
